The École nationale d’architecture Paris-Malaquais is located in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, in the immediate vicinity of the Louvre and the Pont des Arts, on the historic site of architectural education in France, which it shares with the Beaux-arts de Paris. This mythical site is in itself a concentrate of French history. Since the early 19th century, it has seen generations of architects play a decisive role in the evolution of our living environment, in France and around the world.
The spaces offered for rental are located in the 19th-century Mûrier building and in the Bâtiment Perret (1946-1954). The latter underwent restructuring work between 2022 and 2023, streamlining the building and reducing circulation spaces in favor of work areas.
