Abandonnée depuis 2004, la tour Entrepose se situe au croisement des Six Routes à La Courneuve, en face du projet de la nouvelle gare du Grand Paris Express. Elle fait partie de la résidence du Parc, un ensemble de trois barres de logements totalisant 386 appartements. Ces bâtiments, conçus sans attention au sol ni à l’espace public restent en marge, déconnectés de la ville, et mal adaptés aux conditions climatiques à venir.
C’est à partir de cette fragilité que le projet propose d’agir : libérer le sol, repenser les usages, reconnecter les rez-de-chaussée des trois barres au territoire alentour et adapter les logements à un climat de 50°. La tour Entrepose accueillera les habitants le temps des travaux et abritera les logements supprimés, au service de l’amélioration du tissu urbain de l’ensemble, tout en intégrant de nouveaux espaces publics dans l’idée d’explorer l’avenir d’un quartier de gare en pleine transformation.
Abandoned since 2004, the Entrepose tower is located at the intersection of the Six Routes in La Courneuve, directly opposite the site of the future Grand Paris Express station. It forms part of the Résidence du Parc, a complex comprising three linear housing blocks with a total of 386 apartments. These buildings, conceived with little consideration for the ground plane or the quality of public space, remain peripheral, disconnected from the urban fabric and poorly equipped to face future climatic conditions.
It is from this vulnerability that the project seeks to intervene: to free the ground, rethink uses, reconnect the ground floors of the three blocks to the surrounding area, and adapt the housing to a 50°C climate. The Entrepose tower will temporarily house residents during the construction phase and accommodate the displaced apartments, contributing to the improvement of the site’s urban fabric while integrating new public spaces, exploring the future of a station district in the midst of transformation.
